Plazmaman's Stage 4 1000hp+ intercooler kit is designed to suit the BA, and BF XR6 turbo models. This kit comes complete with a huge lightweight tube and fin PRO series intercooler, 76mm cold side piping, hot side piping, 4\" race airbox, and a Plazmaman intake plenum. This kit is the ideal kit to use when you are looking to get the most power out of your BA\/BF, while still utilizing a factory low mount turbocharger position. There are turbochargers out there on the market that will assist in making over 500+rwkw in the factory position, and this intercooler kit is the most effective way to cool that charged air. There are two choice of turbocharger intake size for the airbox system, one being the factory 3.0\", and the other to accommodate the popular 0.70a\/r 4.0\" upgrade. This kit comes supplied with a Plazmaman Air Box \/4 Inch Intake and Odyssey (Hidden inside air box) compact Intake kit. Another feature of this kit is the Plazmaman hi-flow custom intake plenum. This plenum bolts to the factory runners, and positions the throttle body towards the passenger side headlight to allow for shorter intercooler piping; not only does this look cleaner and neater, but it encourages much better turbo response. The upgrade plenum also provides an increase in volume over the factory unit, which is a huge advantage when a high flowed\/larger turbocharger is being used. Our hot side piping kit is also included in this kit, which eliminates the factory rubber hose that goes from the intercooler to the turbocharger. This means the car is hard piped from the throttle body, all the way to the turbocharger. Hard piping allows for greater air flow, and it's aluminium construction won't collapse or flex under boost like a factory rubber constructed hose. The Intercooler \u0026amp; piping is available in raw, polished or stealth black finish. Silicone hoses are available in blue or black.
