FG Falcon Stage 1 Full Piping Kit

This competition OEM replacement piping kit is to suit the Ford Falcon FG XR6 Turbo models. This piping kit replaces the factory piping kit from the factory plastic throttle body pipe, to the turbocharger. Easy installation, simply fit and forget. This kit does not require any cutting at all! Be aware that OEM plastic pipes and aftermarket silicone hose kits that consist of large silicone sections will eventually burst - solid aluminium piping is the best guarantee of reliability. Completely constructed from CNC aluminium mandrel bent piping, this kit prevents any flex or compression under high RPM and boost levels. Another advantage of running a larger than factory internally smooth hard pipe is that it encourages earlier turbo spool up and better throttle response throughout the rev range. The factory plastic throttle body pipe, and the air muffler located in front of the turbo should be replaced to take full advantage of this kit, you'll find these in the related items below. This piping kit is designed to be used with the OEM intercooler, or Plazmaman's bolt in 700hp OEM replacement intercooler (see related items). Piping Size: 63mm/2.5″ diameter hot side, 63mm/2.5" cold side. There are also two silicone hose size options to choose from for turbocharger compressor outlet, for those who may have fitted an 0.70a/r upgrade compressor housing (factory is 2.0", 0.70a/r is 2.5"). The piping is available in three finishes; raw, Silver and stealth black, and the silicone hose is also available in two colours; blue or black.
