Looking for a replacement fuel cap for our Aeroflow fuel cells or an alternative when building a custom fuel cell. This flush fuel cell caps are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium and they feature a bright black anodize or polished finish for great looks and corrosion protection.
These aircraft style flush caps are designed for fast cap removal with a flip up and twist action with a one-way air valve incorporated into the cap.
These Billet Fuel Cell Caps are available to suit Aeroflow, Jaz or RCI fuel cells. The Aeroflow fuel cell caps are 12 bolts with a 120mm bolt circle. While the RCI fuel cell caps are 134.5mm bolt circle. Each suit a 4" (102mm) hole. Stainless steel hardware is included for an easy installation.
